Leasehold forum

The leasehold forum acts as a consultative body between the housing department and its leaseholders

We work with leaseholders at leasehold forums to discuss service delivery, costs and improve performance.

The forums consider all aspects of the landlord’s leasehold functions and services in the borough and make recommendations to the landlord and to the council’s cabinet member for housing.

  • Meetings are held throughout the year
  • Open membership to all council housing leaseholders and freeholders paying service charges
  • Attend as and when you can
  • Each forum meeting lasts up to 2 hours

Forum meetings

The next leasehold forum meeting date is on Thursday 27 July 2023 from 6pm. There will be a question and answer session between 6-7pm and the main meeting will start after this.
