Join us and West London Queer Project as we walk with Pride to raise money for charity.
The walk starts in Furnivall Gardens with warm-up exercises led by special guests, before setting off towards Hammersmith Bridge.
The walk is a loop through Wandsworth before returning to Hammersmith & Fulham for an after-party at a local pub.
