Meditation (Yoga Nidra meditation) with Sandy
1pm to 1.30pm
Join the restorative yoga nidra meditation lying down. It will teach you how to disconnect from external work and reconnect inwards, totally let go and restore and rejuvenate your body. Just 30 minutes of yoga nidra can be the equivalent of 3 to 4 hours of sleep.
Chatty Tuesdays

Chatty Tuesdays is for anyone seeking connection and community spirit, or struggling with loneliness. Join us for a refreshing free drink, and chat with other local people.
