The charity aims to support children and young people in Hammersmith and Fulham by working collaboratively with local providers of children's and young people's services in the borough, identifying and attracting alternative funding sources and maximising community benefits.
The charity will:
- Focus on what it can offer to 5 to 19-year-olds (up to 25 years for those with a learning difficulty or disability) in Hammersmith and Fulham, including being a central hub for information, making venues available, making small grants available and giving training.
- Demonstrate how the council funding has been spent, the success of its fundraising activity, and the impact of its collaborative work.
- Be engaged as a key stakeholder in the programme to develop an integrated family support service to look at ways initiatives might complement and strengthen what is on offer for children and young people in the borough.
