About the 'Henry Healthy families: Right from the start' programme
This free programme from HENRY will help you give your child the best start in life.
In friendly group sessions, you'll gain get expert guidance, practical tips and a supportive community to help you create a happy, healthy home and feel more confident as a parent.
What you will learn
The programme covers a range of key topics:
- Parenting: feel more confident as a parent
- Healthy eating: meal ideas and help your child eat more fruit and vegetables
- Physical activity and play: enjoy being active and encourage your child away from screens and TV
- Emotional well-being: connect with your child and enjoy life as a family
- Healthy routines and boundaries: reduce mealtime stress and bedtime struggles
Each session is relaxed, friendly and designed to fit into real family life.
Free resources, crèche and light refreshments
You'll receive a free HENRY toolkit full of resources and practical tips to help you along the way!
Free crèche so you can focus on the sessions while your child plays in a safe space.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Who can join
This programme is open to all parents and carers of child/ren aged 0-5 , whether you're a first-time parent or already have little ones at home.
It's a great way to meet other families, share experiences and learn together.

When and where
When
Starting Tuesday 24 February 2026, 9.15am to 12pm, 8 weekly sessions
There will be a break for Easter half term. The programme finishes on Tuesday 28 April 2026. Free crèche is available for this full 8 week programme.
Where
The session will be in-person. Join other local parents in our welcoming and supportive Family Hub in White City.
