Winners of the 2018 Community Sports Awards

After the inspiration of the Lionesses at the European Championship and England’s success at the recent Commonwealth Games, nominations for Hammersmith & Fulham’s Community Sports Awards are now open.

The 10th biennial celebration of residents and groups that support and deliver sport and physical activity across the borough will take place on Thursday 22 September at Bush Hall.

“Our Community Sports Awards celebrate those who help to make sport and physical activity accessible, fun and popular with local residents,” said Cllr Sharon Holder, H&F Cabinet Member for Public Realm.

“Sport can add so much to someone’s day to day life and it’s the many volunteers, workers and organisations across the borough who contribute to these clubs and sessions that make H&F such a great place to live, work and play.”

Nominations closed on 5 September 2022.
