“I hope that this celebration by local Disabled residents helps continue their fight to create a positive platform for the ongoing struggle for disability rights, equality and inclusion in London,” said Cllr Sue Fennimore, Deputy Leader of H&F Council.

The event is a chance for local Disabled people to celebrate their rights, as well as how they’re making their lives and contributions more visible and relevant. Please share your views.

One of the key speakers is Michelle Daley, Director of Alliance for Inclusive Education, speaking on the ‘Social Model of Disability’ – and how this model shapes our thinking today and what changes we must see for the future.
