If you have changed your address, your vehicle or just your vehicle number plate you need to get your parking permit amended.
All submitted proofs must show the name and address of the permit holder.
Once your documents have been verified we will update our records and let you know that your virtual parking permit has been updated. There will be nothing to display in your vehicle.
We will need to process the form and supporting documents and will let you know as soon as this has been done. This can take up to 10 working days from receipt of your email.
If you need to park in the meantime, you must use pay and display to avoid getting a fine until your replacement permit has been issued.
