If you are concerned about yourself or your baby and need support, there are a number of ways to get help. Your midwife is a good source of help and should give you information on how to seek help.

Before your baby is born – health visiting team

You can get help from the health visiting team before your child is born. Contact the Hammersmith & Fulham 0 to 19 single point of access (SPA) service, open 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
