We have approved an application subject to conditions and a s106 agreement, for outline planning permission for the land north of Westfield Shopping Centre and Ariel Way on 5 September 2014.
The scheme is for the redevelopment of the site comprising a mixed use scheme to provide 1,347 residential units; retail, café / restaurant use and office space along with cultural and leisure activities, new pedestrian routes, parking spaces, cycle parking and new open spaces.
