Hurlingham Retail Park planning application and conservation area consent
We have approved a planning application (and associated conservation area consent) for the redevelopment of the Hurlingham Retail Park on 19 December 2014 subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement.
The mixed use development scheme comprises 239 new dwellings and 3,045 square metres of commercial floorspace, and also includes an upgraded Thames Path, new public realm and open space, landscaping and car and cycle parking.
The Section 106 Agreement secures, among other things, 34 social rented units and £5,000,000 towards social and physical infrastructure and services.

Redevelopment of site to provide a mixed use scheme consisting of the erection of 1 x part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8, part 9, part 10 storey building (plus basement) and 1 x part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8, part 10, part 12 storey building (plus basement); providing 239 dwellings (use class C3); together with 3,045 square metres (Gross Internal Area) of flexible retail / restaurant / public house / wine bar floorspace (use classes A1, A2, A3, A4); upgraded Thames Path; works of repair and alterations to the river wall; associated hard and soft landscaping, public and private open space, new public realm, pedestrian and cycle routes, vehicular access and servicing facilities, car parking (213 spaces) and cycle parking (556 spaces).
Conservation Area Consent for the demolition of existing buildings and structures at 362 Wandsworth Bridge Road including Flats at 1-3 Carnwath Road; and associated works.
