Hurlingham Retail Park planning application and conservation area consent

Location plan
We have approved a planning application (and associated conservation area consent) for the redevelopment of the Hurlingham Retail Park on 19 December 2014 subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement.
The mixed use development scheme comprises 239 new dwellings and 3,045 square metres of commercial floorspace, and also includes an upgraded Thames Path, new public realm and open space, landscaping and car and cycle parking.
The Section 106 Agreement secures, among other things, 34 social rented units and £5,000,000 towards social and physical infrastructure and services.
