We have received a full planning application for the change of use of the Empress State building from office (Use Class B1) to residential (Use Class C3).
The proposal site comprises the Empress State Building which is currently in B1 (office) use and comprises a total of 58,706 sqm (GEA) over ground and 30 storeys. The extent of the site is shown on the location plan.
The application was submitted on behalf of Empress State Limited Partnership and was registered as valid on 6 December 2013.
Change of use of the Empress State building from Class B1 to Class C3 Residential and Ancillary Uses (excluding the basement) together with a Retail Unit (Class A1 – A4), works of external alterations to the building and works of demolition to the base of the building.
