Earls Court planning application reserved matters applications

EC Properties Ltd has submitted two reserved matters applications for development parcels contained in RBKC and LBHF. See the red line boundary on the map below:

Earls Court reserved mattters

The development covered by the reserved matter applications is made up of a number of development parcels including parts of the Lost River Park.

A total of 1,277 residential units are proposed in this phase. This includes 583 units within RBKC and 694 units within LBHF.

The reserved matters application submitted to LBHF is reference number2013/05200/RES and relates to the detailed design of buildings and spaces within development parcels contained within plots BW05 and BW07. A similar application submitted to RBKC includes the detailed design of development parcels in plots WV04 and WV06.

The application seeks approval for detailed design, including the following matters: scale; layout; appearance; and landscaping

The public consultation period for this application has ended. We are no longer accepting comments from the public on this application.
