Subject to no objection from the Mayor of London, Members resolved to grant planning consent of the full planning application subject to the satisfactory completion of a legal agreement and subject to conditions.
Full planning application for the redevelopment of land bounded by Harbour Avenue and Chelsea Harbour Drive, to include new apartments, shops, cafes and restaurants as well as car and cycle parking and improved public realm.

Redevelopment of the site involving the erection of a part six, part eight and part twelve storey building; comprising retail showrooms and restaurant/cafe uses at ground floor level, with the upper floors in residential use, providing 89 no. apartments (including 3 no. intermediate affordable units); ranging from one to three bed units.
Basement parking for 59 no. cars (including 6 no. disabled bays), together with cycle parking for 126 no. bicycles. Formation of a new public plaza adjacent to Chelsea Creek, including a new area of public realm, which links up with the Thames Side Path, and provides a children's play area and cycle parking for 20 no. bicycles.
