We have approved both planning permission and listed building consent, subject to conditions and a s106 agreement, for development of the Grade II listed former Access Self Storage building in Hammersmith.

The plans involve the change of use of the former three storey industrial building opposite Brook Green to offices.

The approved plans retain the architecture of the listed building, while creating an additional three floors of contemporary offices within a diagrid glazed roof structure.
