We have approved a detailed planning application, subject to conditions and a s106 agreement, for the redevelopment of 1-9 Lillie Road, for 65 residential units and 3 commercial units, arranged in two buildings with two courtyard and basement car parking spaces.

Location plan
The application includes a landscaping strip on part of the former railway land between the West London Line and 1-9 Lillie Road.
This landscaped strip also extends along the length of the consented ‘Lillie Square’ scheme (former Seagrave car park), currently under construction.

Demolition of all existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 65 residential units (C3) and 864sqm (GIA) of A1/A3/D1/D2 floor space within two new buildings ranging in height from 6 to 12 storeys; together with plant, parking at basement level, servicing, new access arrangements and new publicly accessible public realm and open space.
The site falls within the Fulham Regeneration Area – see strategic policy FRA of the Core Strategy.
