Make a complaint

No-one likes getting a parking fine. We understand that.

Our parking controls are designed to make life easier for our residents by making as much parking space as possible available for people with permits or pay and display tickets. That is only possible if we enforce parking controls robustly but fairly.

We also have to give tickets to stop people blocking traffic or making the roads dangerous for pedestrians, cyclists and other motorists.

We know fines are a difficult and sensitive area, so we aim to provide services with respect, courtesy, consistency and fairness and to provide accurate information. We welcome all feedback about the services we provide. We also need to hear from you if you think a member of our staff was rude or discourteous.

All complaints must be in writing. Please email enquiries@lbhfparking.com
