If so, you might be interested in the Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham telephone befriending service.
We’re working in partnership with Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham who make weekly telephone calls to residents to check-in and see how they’re doing.
You can get help with:
- Universal Credit applications
- how to email and surf the internet
- accessing council and government services online
- saving money and looking for jobs
- learning how to chat to your friends and family online
- making the most of your smartphone or tablet
- and much more!

Volunteer as a digital champion
If you’re able to give half a day once a week to volunteer for the telephone befriending service, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need expert technical skills but patience and a desire to help others is essential. You’ll be trained by Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham, have fun and learn new skills!
