H&F Winter Wellbeing

Christmas is usually a time for coming together and sharing good food, gifts and company. This year will be different for everyone and particularly difficult for many older people who live on their own.
Of our 19,000 residents aged over 60, more than 8,000 live alone, half have a long-term health problem or disability and a quarter live in poverty.

This is part of our Winter Wellbeing initiative, with extra funding and food support to help families make ends meet, free meal vouchers for poorer children during the holidays and health and wellbeing activities for all.

Call Freephone 0800 145 6095, 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week or email: can@lbhf.gov.uk
The CAN helpline will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
