Ecology Day at Bishops Park (run by the Friends of Bishops Park)

Head down to Bishops Park for a morning of Climate Carnival activities! The Friends of Bishops Park will be presenting by the tea rooms throughout the morning, with gardening starting at 10:30am and a litter pick starting at 11:15am.
Learn to identify plants using Planetnet at Gwendwr Gardens

Join the friends of Gwendwr Gardens during this drop-in workshop and learn how to identify plants using your phone! Download the app Plantnet and be sure to dress weather appropriate.
Ecology day at Brook Green (run by Friends of Brook Green)

Friends of Brook Green will be meeting Friends old and new at the Pavilion (Bears on the Green) from 10:30am. This will be a chance to find out who we are and what we do. At 11am there will be a quiz to test your knowledge of Brook Green and why trees are so important for us all and for our future. At 11.45am there will be a tour of Brook Green.
Ecology Festival

Join us at Lyric Square and take part in the range of activities and talks from a variety of organisations. This is an outdoor event so please dress weather appropriate.
Ecology art workshop

Together through painting and using our imagination, we will make a big drawing of biodiverse green spaces that could exist in London. With the intention that the young people of Hammersmith & Fulham feel heard.
Queen Caroline Gardens tour
Times: 12 noon, 1:30pm and 3pm

A tour of Queen Caroline Estate celebrating our green spaces and the special EU funded Life+ pilot scheme to climate proof social housing. You will be able to see the green roofs, rain gardens, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and permeable paving on our estate. The Living Wall is under construction but still worth a look, and there are also the community gardens, which include a herb garden, raised beds for vegetable and fruit growing and our compost scheme.
Build feeders for birds

For this event we'll focus on protecting our natural environment in an urban setting to ensure wildlife can survive – and why this is important to our ecosystem. Take a hands on approach and build some bird feeders by dropping by from 1pm to 4pm.
