Voter ID

You will need to show an accepted form of photo ID to vote in a polling station.

If you don't have an accepted form of photo ID you can apply for a free voter ID document, known as a Voter Authority Certificate.

The deadline for us to receive Voter Authority Certificate applications to vote in the 20 February by-elections has now passed.

The deadline for us to receive applications to vote by post in the 20 February by-elections has now passed. This was the same deadline for changes to any existing postal and proxy votes.
