Update on mandatory council tax energy rebate

All mandatory council tax energy rebates have now been processed and if you were eligible, £150 will have been credited to your council tax account.

What is the council tax energy rebate payment?

The rebate payments are part of a government package to help with rising energy bills. You do not need to pay this back.

Payments of £150 have already been made to all eligible direct debit accounts.

If you don't pay by direct debit but are eligible for the rebate, the £150 will automatically be credited to your council tax account.
