Council tax and housing benefit systems maintenance

Our upgrade is partially complete and you can now access the council tax or benefits services in My Account.

You will be able to add an account, set up a direct debit for council tax or apply for a single person discount online.

However, your account status and balance will not be updated until the upgrade is complete later this week.

The contact centre can also now access your account details but until the upgrade is complete, we will only be able to tell you what your account status or balance was up until 22 Sept 2022. We can help with other account enquiries

We expect the telephone service to be busy so please only contact us if your request is urgent.

We are aiming to have the service available again as soon as possible.
