Below is a list of organisations (in alphabetical order) that will be working throughout May half-term from Monday 12 to Friday 16 February 2024 to deliver FREE activities and food to children and young people.

Action on Disability (AoD)

Description: AoD Youth Services delivers holiday programmes for young Disabled people aged 11-25 years old. It is a great opportunity for young people to engage in activities, meet new friends and learn new skills. Activities may include sports, off-site trips, video games, board games, art projects, swimming, yoga, dance, workshops, bike riding, digital media, cooking and much more!

H&F Mencap Development Project

Description: Mencap's Youth Development Project is a tailor-made programme for anyone aged 13-25 with a learning disability or autism who lives or goes to school/college in the Hammersmith & Fulham area. The project focuses on skills development and social inclusion.

Half-term and holiday programmes are provided for young people to have fun and socialise. We provide many activities such as cycling, bowling, arts, cooking, picnics in the park, sports, sailing, healthy eating sessions, excursions in and around London, and much more.

Harrow Club

Description: We run five youth clubs in the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham as well as a range of projects covering sports, arts and performing arts, media, music, digital and specialist work such as our gangs project, motor vehicle workshops and educational programmes aimed at reducing school exclusions.

Over the last few years, we have been redefining what a contemporary youth organisation offers young people to provide them with innovative, accessible, and high-quality opportunities, to enable them to maximise their life chances.

Nourish Hub

Description: Nourish Hub is a community café in Shepherds Bush where you will be served delicious wholesome meals and learn about low-cost, nutritious eating choices. Our Fun Holiday Food Clubs are about getting kids excited about food, learning where it comes from and how to make the most of it! Of course, there will be opportunities to get involved, test and try all sorts of foods as well as participate in fun activities.

Description: Play, art & craft, cooking and physical play activities. We offer learning support. Everyday children and young people receive two healthy snacks and a cooked lunchtime meal.

Solidarity Sports

Description: We deliver a range of physically stimulating and fun activities to vulnerable children recovering from complex trauma across West London. Our provision will take place during the school holidays, where children can participate in various activities, including sports, arts & crafts, ball games, healthy eating initiatives, and educational trips. Each child participates in roughly three hours of physical play and 1 hour of nutritional education.
