How you and your family can get support

Family support and early years are here to help Hammersmith & Fulham children, young people and their families thrive. We believe loving, positive and nurturing relationships help children and young people develop the skills they need for future life challenges.

Help and advice

Help and advice on a wide range of subjects from baby weaning to money worries to online safety is available for families who are finding it hard to cope with being at home during the coronavirus outbreak. Get advice about balancing working and childcare or home schooling.

Supporting older children and young people

Family support service also helps older children and young people access youth activities and services. They can also support young carers and families who have special educational needs and disabilities.

Here for families

Having children can be great fun but sometimes things can get hard. Family support is able to help with worries big and small. It could be dealing with problems with drugs or substance abuse, struggling to cope or feeling low or housing problems, money worries or need help keeping the kids active?
