Family Support is here to help Hammersmith & Fulham children, young people and their families thrive.
Family Support’s staff are on hand so that mums, dads, carers and children can make new friends and enjoy play and learning experiences together.
We believe loving, positive and nurturing relationships help children and young people develop the skills they need for future life challenges.
Help and advice
Help and advice on a wide range of subjects from baby weaning to money worries to online safety is available for families who are finding it hard to cope with being at home during the coronavirus outbreak. Get advice about balancing working and childcare or home schooling. You can contact the team to talk through any worries you might have and the website provides lots of helpful resources and guides.
Family centre services
Family centre services in Hammersmith & Fulham are provided by Family Support.
A range of experiences are available for families with young children including learn and play sessions, baby massage, health visitor clinics, English language classes, sleep workshops, yoga and much more. A range of services are also provided for expectant parents.

Having children can be great fun but sometimes things can get hard. Family Support is able to help with worries big and small. It could be dealing with problems with drugs or substance abuse, struggling to cope or feeling low or housing problems, money worries or need help keeping the kids active?

Or try Family Support’s digital service which is available 24/7. There’s practical information on topics such breastfeeding, weaning, eating well, schools and managing behaviour. There’s also guidance on housing, debt and other worries. And a dedicated area for young people tackling issues such as sexuality, bullying and setting out the support available for young carers.
