Hammersmith Christmas Market

Get into the festive vibes at our traffic-free Hammersmith Christmas Market on 3 December 2022.

Bustling, traffic-free King Street will be full of more than 100 stalls filled with seasonal food, drink, gifts and entertainment.


Pop up market ... selling crafts, jewellery, home accessories, boutique fashion and art

Global food quarter ... food stalls with all your favourites, seasonal treats, plus an outdoor seating area

Live performance stage ... including our own Hammersmith Abba tribute band ‘Abba Stars’, Christmas tunes and carols

Street entertainment ... Santa, Elves, Living Lampposts and more

Stalls at the Christmas market

This year we’re celebrating in style with two Christmas markets! One on Hammersmith King Street on 3 December and one on North End Road on 17 December. 

Applications to trade at the Christmas market have now closed.

Traffic arrangements on the day

The Christmas markets are part of the council’s popular series of traffic-free seasonal events which are helping to revitalise our high streets. 

Traffic Arrangements for Hammersmith King Street on 3 December    

King Street will be closed between the Gyratory and Bridge Avenue to all vehicle traffic between 4am and 10pm

Bus diversions are as follows:

  • Hammersmith Gyratory
  • Shepherd’s Bush Road
  • Goldhawk Road
  • Paddenswick Road
  • Dalling Road
  • King Street.

The bus routes affected are 27, 190, 266, 267, 391, H91, N9 and N11.
