Online High Street

As part of the council’s continuing commitment to supporting the borough’s small businesses with our Shop Local Campaign, we are introducing Online High Street to Hammersmith & Fulham.

Online High Street is an e-commerce platform that provides an online space for local independents to sell their goods virtually, while also offering a local, eco-friendly, home delivery service to customers, all aimed at helping local economies flourish.

Attract new customers and maximise your local reach by taking your business and deliveries online. Sign up to the Online High Street platform, create a bespoke page for your store and upload your products for free.

Sustainable delivery partners such as Packfleet and Zedify will deliver your items, meaning zero carbon emissions, or customers can select the free Click & Collect option to drive footfall to your store.

The Online High Street expert customer service team will be on hand to offer support every step of the way, including a dedicated Area Manager for H&F.

This offer is funded by H&F for businesses in the borough in the first year.
