We're delighted to bring you another fantastic online event organised by colleagues behind last month's successful Black History Month programme

Join us on Thursday 19 November, 6.30-8.30pm and learn how Black Britions entered the cultural mainstream of British life.

Robin Walker will lead the session and tell the triumphant and inspiring story of how Black Britons fought their way into acceptance in British mainstream culture.

Covering the last 70 years of Windrush history, this session will look at the impact of Black people in the UK and delve into how Africans and Caribbean's became successful as public intellectuals, writers, boxers, athletes, footballers, fine artists and as actors.
