More than 60 stalls of delicious foods and gifts will be open during the winter bazaar being held throughout the centuries-old house and its grounds on Saturday (27 November) and Sunday (28 November).

Carol performances will be held each morning and afternoon with support from All Saints Fulham junior and adult choirs, the London Youth Conservatoire, Larmenier & Sacred Heart Primary School and the Fulham & Hammersmith Choral Society.

Swing boats, instrumental music, face painting and crafts are also planned for the festive event, which is being held from 10am to 4pm on both days at the historic house in Bishop’s Avenue.

The former home of the Bishops of London will be transformed into a winter wonderland, with beautifully decorated festive trees and wreaths adorned for the Christmas season.

And from next month, history fans can also take part in expert-led afternoon tours exploring the Palace at Christmas. Running from 2pm to 3.15pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 16 December, the tour is a chance to discover Christmas traditions passed down through the ages and how the Bishops and their families celebrated the festive season while in residence at the Palace.

To find out more about the Christmas events and book tickets priced £5/£3 children for the market and £8 for the tour, visit the Fulham Palace website.
