Want to help reduce pollution levels in H&F? We’re offering local businesses and organisations the chance to use our pollution-busting courier delivery service for free.
Businesses, charities, organisations and market stallholders can now apply for the new H&F voucher scheme which gives them £250 to spend on deliveries with our popular Parcels Not Pollution service.

The zero emissions e-cargo bike initiative, in partnership with Hammersmith BID, helps local businesses to lower their carbon emissions and remove polluting van journeys from our streets by using an electric cargo bike to make deliveries.
It forms part of the urgent action we are taking as a council to make H&F the greenest borough in the UK as we tackle the climate emergency.
“Our Parcels Not Pollution voucher scheme will give local businesses the opportunity to help us tackle the climate emergency and save them money on making deliveries as we all stay at home to save lives,” said Cllr Wesley Harcourt, H&F Cabinet Member for the Environment.
“By reducing the number of polluting vehicles on our street, we can help clean the air in H&F and move one step closer to our net carbon zero target. Please apply for a voucher today.”
Voucher scheme
Local businesses can use the voucher for all types of deliveries, from outgoing deliveries to other businesses or customers to incoming deliveries and more across the whole of London.
One hundred £250 vouchers will be available to businesses in H&F on a first-come-first-served basis.
“We are delighted to support the roll out of Parcels not Pollution vouchers and would encourage local businesses in H&F to trial the service for both inbound and outbound deliveries. A core part of the BID’s Renewal plan is a focus on sustainability for Hammersmith, and we are committed to improving air quality and reducing emissions and congestion in the town centre. The expansion of this delivery service is a key element to achieving that,” said Patricia Bench, Hammersmith BID Director.
