Goldhawk Road and King Street reopened following emergency repair works

Both Goldhawk Road and King Street in Hammersmith have now fully reopened to traffic following emergency road repairs by Thames Water.

Final update on Wednesday 31 January

A burst water main on Goldhawk Road near Shepherds Bush Green has been causing flooding and disruption today, with many homes losing their water supply.

Thames Water is now returning the supply to the area and affected properties are starting to see their water come back on. The flooding on Goldhawk Road has been receding.

Bottled water is available for anyone who needs it. Locations are: Goldhawk Road (junction with Hammersmith Grove, and both ends where the cordon stops), Hammersmith Town Hall and White City community centre.
