West London’s Addison Singers have been busy rehearsing two evenings with very different themes for December.

Day & Night is the Addison jazz choir’s winter concert on Saturday (2 December) at 7.30pm in St Andrew’s church, Greyhound Road, W14, where the singers are joined by the jazz ensemble and jazz trio.

“We’d love you to be with us, to light up a dark winter night and celebrate whatever it is that turns your world around,” said conductor Jill Jarman.

Numbers include Night and Day, Oh Happy Day as well as original arrangements of Lou Reed’s Perfect Day and Rainy Days and Mondays, Another Day of Sun (from the movie La La Land) and jazz standards such as Moonglow.

Mulled wine and mince pies are available before, after... and between sets.
