The local NHS has published a new guide to local health services to help residents stay fit and well.

The booklet, called Stay well: Your guide to local health services in Hammersmith & Fulham, is available free from local libraries, GPs, pharmacies, community centres and voluntary organisations across H&F.

Published by NHS Hammersmith & Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group, it has tips on how to stay well, take care of yourself and your family, and make the most of local healthcare services.

The guide includes health information such as how patients can get a GP appointment when their own doctor’s surgery is closed, who is eligible for a free flu vaccine, alcohol guidelines, which painkillers are safe for children, the early signs of dementia, and much more.

Also contained are maps showing where walk-in centres, urgent care centres and hospitals are located across North West London.

You can download a copy of the guide here.
