We are currently consulting on changes to our development plan and want your views. This is a document that contains our vision and proposed policies for guiding and promoting future development in H&F, so it is important to have your say.
You can read the document here. It includes details about four key regeneration areas we’ve identified as well as other important sites we’re considering for development. It also includes proposed policies on topics that affect you, such as housing, the local economy and the environment.
This is the second public consultation on the Local Plan. The first took place in January 2015.
You can add your comments online, or send them by email or post. Details on how to do this are provided in the link above. You have until Friday 28 October to let us know your thoughts.
It is important for us to understand your views on specific matters, such as whether you think the policies have been positively prepared, are appropriate and are justified.
We will then review all the comments before the plan is submitted to the Planning Inspectorate and a public examination is undertaken. Adoption of the Local Plan is expected to be summer 2017.
