Leasehold forum

The leasehold forum acts as a consultative body between the housing department and its leaseholders

We work with leaseholders at the Leasehold Forum to discuss service delivery, costs and consider improvements we can make.

The Forum consider all aspects of the landlord’s leasehold functions and services in the borough and make recommendations to the landlord and to the council’s Cabinet Member for Housing & Homelessness.

Key facts

  • Meetings are held twice a year
  • Open membership to all council housing leaseholders and freeholders 
  • Attend as and when you can
  • Each forum meeting lasts up to 3 hours
