How much does it cost?
Rent for garages varies so we will let you know how much your garage will cost when you receive an offer.
It is cheaper if you live in the borough and you don’t have to pay VAT if you are a council tenant.
There's also a 10 per cent discount for H&F pensioners and a 25 per cent discount for H&F Blue Badge holders. If both discounts apply, you get whichever discount is greater.
What can I use it for?
You can use the garage for general storage or for storing a car or motorcycle.

Car spaces
The council has commercial car parks located in Fulham Broadway, Woodman's Mews and Wood Lane. Anyone can apply for a space in these car parks. There is a discounted rate if you are a resident living in the estate.
