| The aim of the project is to promote the development of an entrepreneurial third sector within the designated URBAN/SRB areas of the North Hammersmith. The project will continue to work with the existing Pan-London Partnerships to try to create a strong third sector within the West London. The project addresses the effects of poor access to finance and resources in an area of social exclusion. In the last 12 months, Social Enterprise has been working to address local needs of residents whilst trying to create a niche market that stimulates and increases in local economy activity. UPG's aim is to develop social enterprises because it can be an important source of local jobs. |
