| This is a capital project to improve the environment and amenity of Charecroft Estate. The Charecroft Estate is made up of 4 tower blocks adjacent to the W12 Retail development . These improvements ensure that local residents will benefit from the new retail development projects in the area. The benefits include; improved social housing, CCTV and improved physical environment. The physical improvements expected to be completed by 2003. | ||
