The Fulham Regeneration Area overlaps with the Earls Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area, which is identified in the London Plan and also covers land within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. In order to secure the greatest benefits from regeneration, the council will work closely with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to ensure a holistic approach is taken to the future planning of the area.
