African Women’s Welfare Association
– Domestic Violence Project
Offers information and support, mentoring and guidance on practical issues, advocacy, training and counselling on issues of domestic violence. Also provides training on personal and economic empowerment, women’s human rights, counselling and mediation skills.

Horizons
A group for young lesbians and bisexual women under 26. Meets Sundays 6.00 - 8.00pm

Positively Women
Runs a support group and African Women’s group, provides leaflets, complementary therapies. A children’s worker is also available. Also has a volunteer programme for HIV positive women.
Drop-in Monday - Thursday until 9.00pm.

Praed Street Project
Provides services to women who work, have worked or are associated with any part of the sex industry. Offers a sexual health clinic, crisis support, drop-in facilities, and telephone and outreach services.

Women’s Counselling Service
