Provides assistance and support in the community to people taking
anti-retroviral medication, dealing especially with adherence issues.
Also provides nursing assessments and support, and referrals to
other organisations.

Living Well
An NHS-funded programme which aims to help people living with HIV
discover the options open to them so they can make informed decisions
and take more control of their healthcare. Also a great way to make
connections in the local area and build up a vital support network.
