Overhanging trees and bushes

Where a tree or bush on private property has overgrown and is blocking the pavement, street scene enforcement can ask the resident to trim the tree or bush back. 

If after 14 days of this request being made the tree is still blocking the pavement then the council will trim back the tree and bill the resident.
