Abandoned articles

Abandoned shopping trolleys, bicycles etc

The council will remove abandoned articles from public places including discarded shopping trolleys and bicycles chained to street furniture (e.g lamp posts, benches etc).

If the article is an immediate danger to the public, we will endeavour to move it immediately - otherwise the article will be stickered and given 24 hours notice before removal
