The street scene enforcement team enforces:

• Trade waste (Duty of Care)
• Investigating fly-tips
• Litter dropping (including cigarette butts)
• Fly-posting
• Graffiti 
• Dog fouling
• Highway obstructions
• Overgrown vegetation
• Abandoned articles (including bicycles)
• Advertising boards
• Refuse out on the wrong day
• Recycling enforcement 
• Skip/material enforcement
• Illegal Street Trading
• Waste transport enforcement
• Distribution of free literature
• Highways damage  

We use a wide range of enforcement powers including statutory notices, fixed penalty notices and legal proceedings.
