Parking Services telephone helpline: (020) 7371 5678. Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can pay penalty charge notices and report abandoned vehicles at any time. The telephone helpline is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Parking Permits telephone helpline: 0845 803 1020. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The helpline is closed on public holidays.

The Pay and Park centre accepts cash, cheques, postal orders, and Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo cards. The office is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) with late night opening on Thursdays until 8.00pm.
