Parking Services telephone helpline: (020) 7371 5678. Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can pay penalty charge notices and leave a message to report an abandoned vehicle or faulty pay and display machine at any time. The telephone helpline is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Parking Permits
Parking Permits are issued by 'Pay and Park' in the h&f Direct Centre.

Due to Royal Mail industrial action and the resulting delays in the postal system, we recommend that you use an alternative method to pay or challenge your Penalty Charge Notice, in order to ensure that we receive your payment or comments on time. Payments can be made online, by telephone or in person, while challenges can be made online or by fax. See the links below and on the right hand side of this page for further information.
