Customer Survey 2007

Parking Services have carried out periodic surveys into various areas of its operations. This is being done to follow up the wide range of surveys carried out in 2005. This is to ensure that we still know what the public think of our performance and allows us to identify areas where improvements are needed.

In the latest survey, September 2007, approximately 100 surveys were sent out in relation to parking bay suspensions. The results revealed that a majority of the respondents think that our suspension request procedures are easy to use. 

They also reveal that a majority agreed that when a problem with an application form was highlighted by parking services staff they contacted the applicant in good time for the issue to be resolved.

The results also indicated that most respondents were satisfied with the handling of the suspension request, the availability and access to this service.

A majority of respondents agreed that where suspension requests were refused the explanation from the parking office was fair and understandable.
