How do the Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO's) know that I am paying for my parking?

CEO's will scan your smartPARK permit to verify its validity and check if your parking is activated. When you sign up to use this system, you will be asked to register your mobile number against your smartPARK card. Thus, you should be the only one using your card for parking. When you call to start your parking, the system will recognize your mobile number and activate your smartPARK card. From the four digit smart park code you key in, the CEO's can verify the zone you are in to make sure that you are paying the correct parking charges.
