'Pay and reserve' service

A quicker way to reserve your permit

If you're fed up with postal delays or don't want to waste time queuing in our offices, why not use our 'pay & reserve' service?

To do this, you can either;

- scan your completed permit application form, supporting documents and a completed payment slip, and attach them to an email to parkingpermits@lbhf.gov.uk. 

or;

- fax your completed permit application form, supporting documents and a completed payment slip to us on (020) 8753 4912.

Once your permit has been processed, we will contact you to let you know that it's ready to be collected from the h&f Direct Centre. Please go to the 'pay & reserve' desk when you come in to pick up your permit.
