How to claim a vehicle

If you left a vehicle, parked untaxed in Hammersmith & Fulham, and believe it may have been removed as abandoned, call us on (020) 7371 5678. 

'A' class vehicles are destroyed following removal and therefore cannot be released. 'B' class vehicles can be released within 21 days of the date that they were removed. Satisfactory proof of ownership and payment of the removal charge and storage charges, in cash, is required to be provided to the contractor. 

For B-class vehicles removed before 1st July, 2007:  The removal charge is £150. Storage fees are £25 per day (or part day) and start to apply if you do not collect your vehicle either on the day it was removed, or the day after it was removed.

For B-class vehicles removed from 1st July, 2007:  The removal charge is £200. Storage fees are £40 per day (or part day) and start to apply if you do not collect your vehicle either on the day it was removed, or the day after it was removed.

Uncollected 'B' class vehicles become the property of the Waste Authority after 21 days have elapsed from the date of removal.
