The appeal by Fulham Broadway bar Fiesta Havana against a cutback in its opening hours will be heard next week.
The hearing will take place at West London Magistrates Court on February 4, 5 and 12.
On June 12 last year, Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee reduced the bar’s licence by three hours.
The premises licence was reduced on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety and the prevention of public nuisance.
Police produced 71 witness statements from November 2007 to February 2008.
